At Freer Dental, you are never treated by a general dentist. Our team includes prosthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and other specialists, each with more than 10 years of clinical experience, internationally recognized training, and complete fluency in English.

In addition, our direct relationship with Nobel Biocare, the global leader in dental implants and full-arch restorations, allows us to offer the #1 implant brand in the United States at an affordable price while following the manufacturer’s internationally recommended clinical protocols. Should a Nobel Biocare implant experience a manufacturer-related failure, it may be replaced at no cost to the patient, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Our in-house dental laboratory uses only internationally recognized premium materials, including Zirkonzahn and Ivoclar. Having a laboratory located within our clinic provides a significant advantage for dental tourism patients by allowing same-day adjustments, faster turnaround times, and close collaboration between our laboratory technicians and specialists. Throughout the process, you are encouraged to participate in the design of your new smile, ensuring the final result reflects your personal preferences and expectations.

Lifetime Warranty

All zirconia restorations provided by Freer Dental—including implant-supported restorations (All-on-4®, All-on-6®, 3-on-6®, and similar full-arch treatments), as well as zirconia crowns, bridges, and other zirconia restorations on natural teeth—are backed by a written Lifetime Warranty.

To maintain the validity of this warranty, patients are required to undergo a professional dental cleaning at least once every year, either with their local dentist or at Freer Dental. This annual maintenance is an essential part of preserving your oral health and allows potential concerns to be identified and addressed at an early stage.

If the cleaning is performed by your local dentist, you must provide Freer Dental with documentation confirming the date of the cleaning. This record will be added to your medical file and will extend your Lifetime Warranty for an additional year. Patients who complete their annual cleaning at Freer Dental will have this documentation automatically added to their records.

Should any issue arise that is covered under the warranty, all warranty services must be performed at Freer Dental in Costa Rica. The warranty covers the dental treatment itself but does not include travel, lodging, or other expenses related to returning to our clinic.

If you would like to review the complete terms and conditions of our Lifetime Warranty before traveling, we will be happy to provide you with an official written copy. Upon completion of your treatment, you will receive both a printed and digital copy of your warranty certificate.
