Trip 1: If you still have teeth, we extract them (at no extra cost), place 12 dental implants from Nobel Biocare(#1 in the United States, with a lifetime warranty), and install a fixed provisional smile screwed onto the implants. You wear this for 4 months while the implants heal and integrate into your bone structure. This process is done under IV sedation, so you won’t feel any pain, and you return home with a new smile from your very first trip.
Trip 2: Once the implants have healed and provide a solid foundation for your permanent smile, we replace the provisional prosthesis with your permanent zirconia smile, also with a lifetime warranty. This is a 100% personalized process, and you are part of designing your new smile. Now you can eat whatever you want with confidence and freedom. This smile feels just like new natural teeth.
First trip, step by Step, 6 days in Costa Rica:
Sunday: Arrival in Costa Rica, you arrive at Juan Santamaría Airport (SJO). You can arrive at any time; our transportation service operates 24 hours a day on weekends. In 20 minutes you will be at the hotel, which is included in the price. Our driver will be waiting for you upon arrival.
Monday: We pick you up at the hotel and take you to the clinic. We take X-rays and a CT scan, and you have your first consultation with Dr. Freer. The doctor explains your treatment based on your X-rays and answers all your questions. After that, we begin the surgery, which lasts approximately 2 hours. During the procedure, you will have an anesthesiologist and we will use IV sedation, included in the price, for a pain-free experience. In fact, you will not remember the surgery. When you wake up, the extractions will be completed and your dental implants will already be placed. After surgery, we take you back to the hotel to rest with medications such as antibiotics and painkillers.
Tuesday: In a 60-minute appointment, we take X-rays to show you the placed dental implants. We also take digital impressions of the implants to create your personalized smile design, and you will choose the color of your teeth.
Wednesday: In a 60-minute appointment, you will try your new smile in a preview material before the final version. You can request changes and adjustments with the doctor to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your smile.
Thursday: In a 60-minute appointment, we deliver your new fixed smile on dental implants.
Friday: Final check-up and adjustments if necessary to make sure everything is perfect.

If you only need one arch, the price is $9,000 on your first trip and $4,500 on your second trip, or a single payment of $12,000 to save $1,500.
