While fearing the answer, I still dare to ask for information. In fact, I want to consider changing the window model too, because now it’s inconvenient to open.

Listening to our patients, I know that this kind of thing also happens in dental offices. Go to the dentist asking for an opinion and you are sent to take an overview.
And go to the general practitioner to do “the test”. Then the overview must be booked at an efficient national health system counter if you are lucky through a call center.
It should be performed after a long wait.
Then you have to pick up the report after several days, again at an efficient counter.
At that point you return triumphantly to the dentist with the precious radiograph but … “to assess whether we can put the implants we need a CT scan” … cheers: four more pleasant appointments!
